I completely agree with this.

I'd rather take time off instead of money. Like euny said, money can still be earned but time is precious n we hardly have time to ourselves. I prefer to take the time off n spend it with family, friends or by myself.

it all depend on individual and situations when we talk about money or quality time.

Some ppl who owes hell lotsa loans need money so OT with money is their bless and they hell love it.ppl who works for the sake of repayment)

Others who work for the sake of money, $ is a drive to them so they don't mind work 18hous a day, 7 days per week to have more of that.(someone who work for lux life)

Then it comes to ppl who only ask for a simple life, their fulfillment is in things other than work. Asking them to work OT is like taking their lifes away. That can be true, because their lifes may be colourful which consume more time, OT would just take part of their time away~~..(ppl who work only to survive)

And there are these ppl who work balancely, They need to work OT because of responsibility, but they will not be controlled by work. These ppl can work slidly more when needed but still keep at a good range of not overworked. (ppl who work as a part of their lives)


Note those in brackets are only some examples of many. many types of ppl who work for many reason and see things differently of cos.

thinking if i need to go study degreee anot cos need alot money.....

i am kind of the only income other than my mum.....

Hmm selling copier isn't a easy job, I was there years before hahaha....well since now the economy is healthy, Do a job hunt and go to the job you want to build your career into. I am sure you will get a good start this year. Do consider and ask throughtly before enter a job. Consider you are going to have your career on this next company:D.

If i were to switch jobs for higher base pay i would have done it last year... this year... remains to be seen.
