From my unbiased point of view....
For example, 1 person who is bad in communication means bad in interacting, means seldom talks or communicate....
But.... still good in teasing people?
Means when this person talks, he only likes to tease people without proper communication. In conclusion, this person who is bad in communication and good in teasing people means = just like to disturb people.....
People may find it a nuisance or what max said, an arsehole?
I not pointing at Mr Yang....
