Since theres no section dedicated to gym users, i have decided to start a gym thread for some gym discussion.. (in e event if the response actually gets overwhelming, then we wud haf ourselves a gd reason to fight for a section dedicated to gym)
Questions:
1)Which gym do you guys go to?
2)And what machines do you use to train?
3)How long/ how many sets?
4)Additional Tips?
I will start off first.. not a serious fitness freak but yea, haf to exercise abit if nt become super overweight..
1- YCK's SSC gym..
2- assisted pullup (cos i flunk my pullups), lateral pull down, bench press, leg extender, bicep curl and the thigh stretching thing (forgot wat its called)
3- probably 1hr or so.. 3 sets of each.
4- Doing aerobic exercise b4 each gym session maximises the effect of the training.
