Do you give part of your pay to your parent?

I give very little, around 1/20 of it to my mum but sometimes abit more, bonus time will give close to 1/5.
I got to pay own school fees, own bills, usually i eat myself that why i give little but will give more after studies.
I heard of some people who give up to 50% of their pay.

I give 20%. but as the weeks go by, still have to give summore.

I give part of it to my mum for her spending. Phone bills are paid by me n the utilities cost is split btw me n my sis.

Abt 20 percent of my pay goes to my mum, exclude phone bill of my dad and transport allowance of my younger sis.

On top of that, still got my own transport, phone, internet, insurance, makan etc...

$$$ not enuff (T-T)

For me, no. My family care only for themselves, but i do pay all the bills though.

i..i.....i used to give $100 to my mama when i took up my first PT job.. that's a lil more than 10%~ the remaining i spend away

now im thinking of giving my mother $200 a mth with this second PT job i found, that'll be around 25%~~

the rest, will be gone with the wind as i pay my sis for my hp bills, my shopping expenses [i dun shop much but somehow, the money just flows away], transport expenses and buying food and water..

depending on ur family financial status ba...but anyhow little also muz give at least a token la to show u contribute to the family better than not giving...earn more give more i tink most parents will help their children to save them up(like a instant saving acc w/o interest) instead of spending them

my total salary will not even pay utility bills of my home ... ! so sad !
my mum gets money from dad, and she gets more than i earn here lol wtf !
and i do not need to contribute in family expenses unless i jump into business so chillz !

1) all gif them then up to them to gif u allowance?
2) gif them most, leave jus enuff for u to spend?
3) gif them a nominal sum, the rest to save and spend?

give them an amount which will make them stop complaining that the bills are overflowing out from the letterbox?

i will opt for 3.

I give 20% to my parents and 20% to my sis every month.
My parents will also receive some money from my siblings every month:)

It is customary to give your pay to your parents...

i no give! coz still paying for sch fees. and my living expenses si beh high.
