Community Chest! An exciting and meaningful experience for families and individuals from
all walks of life to celebrate Community Chest’s 25th birthday and celebrate Singapore
as a giving and caring community. Come dressed in your most creative and colourful costume!
Paint your face and have fun!
Join in the carnival organised by the National Council of Social Service to celebrate
50 years of structured social service. Visit more than 100 exhibits and handicrafts stalls by
voluntary welfare organisations, befriend and spend time with the less fortunate, catch
Sharity Elephant, enjoy games, food and performancesby voluntary welfare organisations.
