ColdRain have not posted anything offensive on any of his threads, and no matter how hard I look, I cannot find anything that justifies his ban.

Just as long as taboo and controversial post are avoided, forums are meant to be avenues where people can express themselves freely, even if the post is deemed 'nonsensical' to one, it may be considered entertaining and creative to another.

A forum that is both stringent and dictating restricts the freedom of speech and freedom of creativity.

According to the mods, CR have been guilty for the usage of vulgarities, however, this is not the case as I have been in the threads that he started, and that the vulgarities are NOT from him.

Please note that this thread is not to question the authority of the mods, but to start a petition to bring CR back.

Do vote to bring CR back if you value justice and the freedom of unbound speech. Thank you.

I am sorely disappointed. I understand the need to ensure that forums are not misused. Vulgarities, perversion, hurling abuse, offensiveness..all these should definitely result in, firstly, a warning or 2, then a ban if the person does not heed the warning.

From his posts, all I see is someone who is bored, stressed n wants to just start a thread for fun. We have all be posting in those threads. Would that mean we are contributing to the offensiveness?

There have been many perverts in other forums who still remain in them despite countless complaints. Nobody has complained abt CR, have they?

There have also been heated arguments in the chatbox with vulgarities hurled all over the place yet nothing was done about them? Or do we choose the ppl we ban?

He can be blunt at times but alot of us do the same. He's just creating some fun. I think we need to relax and just laugh off the posts.

I know at times things need to be done in order to send a message that such things will not be tolerated. One, of course, is use of other people's pictures which is not right.

Well,furu,john & max ,u all dont have to make such comments.People DO have their own choice,u don need to know who is it.You dont have to create more troubles thanks.

Its the job of the admin/mod.When ppl not following the rules,we have the right to do anything.We do it base on what we see in order to be fair,not that we dont like you then we banned you.We do give warning before taking action,taking change or not is base on the person.You dont have to comments or tell us what to do.Forum is for all to have fun not to make troubles.All you need is follow the simple rules and you will have fun out there.Thanks!
