dun listen to her.. colgate is nt the correct way.. the first aid way is to wash wif running water then put the antiseptic cream and then cover up with bandage to prevent infection

budden sideeffect, the toast becomes soggy.

it may be n old wives' tale but its worked for me n my family. sometimes washing under water makes it worse, it becomes a bubble n u'll need to be careful. the last time i got burnt, i forgot abt colgate n but it under water n i was suffering..

haha.. i oso dunno y.. but supposedly it "works better".. i oso try using butter on the wound b4.. heals pretty fast. but for the first aid exam i had to write the "water" answer..
